Community rules
SwapTrek is for friendly, fair WeCards swaps. These rules apply to trader names, bios, messages, offers and feedback.
Card-for-card only
No buying, selling, prices, PayPal, gift cards or anything else of value. WeWard only allows card-for-card swaps, and so do we.
Be kind
No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or slurs. Disagree politely, or just move on.
Keep it clean
No swearing, sexual content or anything you wouldn't show a younger collector.
Stay safe
Never share or ask for passwords, login codes, emails, phone numbers, addresses or other apps. Nobody from SwapTrek or WeWard will ever ask for your password.
No spam
No links, ads, self-promotion or copy-pasted messages. Only send offers you'd really make.
Be yourself
One account per person. Don't pretend to be SwapTrek, WeWard or another collector, and don't fake trades or feedback.
How we keep SwapTrek safe
- Automatic filter. Words, links and contact info that break these rules are blocked before they're posted. If something harmless gets blocked, tell us at support@swaptrek.com and we'll fix it.
- Report and block. Every profile has 🚩 Report and 🚫 Block buttons. Blocked collectors can't message you or send you offers.
- Auto-hide. When several different collectors report someone, their profile is hidden until we review it.
- Consequences. We may remove content, pause messaging, or ban accounts that break the rules.
Trading safely in WeWard
All swaps happen inside the WeWard app. Use WeWard's in-app Trade feature whenever you can, since both sides must accept. Gifts can't be undone, so only gift to people you trust. See the trading guide for tips.
